Crediton’s award-winning bookshop, The Bookery was delighted to welcome the winner of its Book Bundle on Saturday 18th January.

Back in November, The Bookery offered the opportunity to win a Book Bundle worth £50 by signing up to its Newsletter either in the shop or on its website.

The lucky winner Mrs Francisca Van Holthoon signed up to join The Bookery’s Loyalty Programme and Newsletter in the bookshop in December and was thrilled to have been selected as the winner. Francisca visited the bookshop to select a diverse range of books that she is very much looking forward to reading, including The Island of Missing Trees by Elif Shafak, The Architecture of Modern Empire by Arundhati Roy and Shattered by Hanif Kureishi. The Bookery invites all their customers to join its instore Loyalty Programme. This initiative offers 1 point for every purchase over £10 and after accumulating 10 points provides a £10 discount off the next purchase. The Bookery Newsletter is circulated on a regular basis providing information on the community outreach activities led by their volunteers, the author events they provide and updates on their promotions and other news.
