The Bookery is delighted to welcome acclaimed Devon author and illustrator Tom McLaughlin for a fun-filled and creative children’s event.
Join the author and illustrator as he introduces his graphic novel series, Alan, King of the Universe – su-purr-bly funny adventures about a cat born with opposable thumbs and bent on world domination. Tom will show you how to create comic strips and how to draw some of the characters from his side-splitting graphic novel.
Perfect for children aged 7+, the event will bring to life the hilarious world of Alan, an ambitious orange cat who is convinced he was born to rule.
Tickets are free but due to high demand a ticket is required for each child attending. Accompanying adults do not need to book a ticket
